As a Recovery Support Specialist, your job is to provide recovery and community-based interventions to clients, conduct outreach and client engagement, assist with residential components of the program, develop therapeutic relationships with clients, maintain clinical records, provide coverage for co-workers during absences, and participate in supervision, team meetings, committees, and workgroups. You may also be required to participate in trainings.
