This position involves guiding clients through the process of defining personal goals for their recovery plans, supporting and guiding clients in persuing the recovery plan, helping clients identify and exercize their rights, and participating in rehabilitative and recovery-oriented interventions. Additionally, the role includes providing information and support to clients, coaching adaptive client behaviors, and performing related duties as required. In inpatient settings, the job responsibilities expand to include accompanying clients on day passes and providing coverage at Peer Desk Center.
