The RSS Trainee in this position will guide clients through defining personal goals for recovery plans and support clients in following their recovery plans. They will also advise clients in identifying and exercising their rights and provide information and support as the client builds a community network. The RSS trainee will also provide instruction and skill training on recovery management to clients and families. They will also act as a peer health navigator, engaging with clients at risk for co-morbid medical conditions and attending medical/ clinical appointments. Other related duties may be required.
