Recovery Support Specialist- Young Adult Services

The Recovery Support Specialist in this role will collaborate with clients and service providers to assess patient needs and develop an Individualized Recovery Plan (IRP). They will use recovery-oriented interventions and services to ensure effective progress toward IRP goals. They will offer instruction and skills training to clients and their families. The RSS will also assist clients in finding safe, affordable housing and arrange transportation to necessary appointments. The RSS must maintain all program-related and administrative data, prepare required documentation, and keep client records.
