Recovery Support Specialist I: Court Supported Services

The RSS in this position will conduct risk assessments, co-occurring screens, and functional assessments. They will also provide follow-up engagement support, including brief recovery coaching, relapse prevention, and safety planning. The RSS will work with individuals to identify treatment options and create individualized treatment plans, using motivational interventions to assist clients in meeting their goals. They will also provide psycho-educational rehabilitation services and support individuals with linking and engaging with natural and community supports. They will be responsible for developing crisis plans for clients and providing skills teaching, including self-management, self-advocacy, and using community resources. Participation in staff meetings, supervision, and other meetings is expected.
