In this position you will answer calls at home for a four hour shift, participate in staff meetings, and maintain documentation compliance with agency and program standards. In this role you must be able to be empathetic, identify a pre-crises or stressful situation and follow the correct protocol, and keep all calls confidential. This is a per diem position with no set hours or schedule.
