DMHAS is seeking a Recovery Support Specialist Trainee to use their shared life experiences and recovery management techniques to engage, motivate, educate, and mentor clients in achieving success. The RSS Trainee will guide clients through defining personal goals for recovery plans and support clients in following their recovery plans. They will also advise clients in identifying and exercising their rights and perform any other related duties. The RSS Trainee in this position must be bilingual, with the preferred qualifications being English and Spanish. The ability to communicate using ASL is also preferred.
