Recovery Support Specialist - Community Supports Program

The RSS in this position will be responsible for:
- Collaborating with clients to develop an Individualized Recovery Plan (IRP)
- Utilizing recovery-oriented interventions/services to ensure effective progress toward the IRP Goals.
- Providing education and consultation to the Clinical Support Team concerning client-centered approaches.
- Providing instruction and skills training in illness and recovery management to clients and their families.
- Providing engagement in natural support networks and activities relating to community integration.
- Working with the Housing Supports Program to assist clients with finding, obtaining, and retaining safe, affordable, and decent housing.
- Performing administrative duties, writing reports, and preparing documentation to meet DMHAS requirements.
- Other duties as required.
