Workshop Description: If there is one thing that we continue to learn on a daily basis, it’s that if we lack the proper strategies to deal with the stress and emotional intensity of being alive during this time, our experience of life may feel more difficult than it has to. Over time this can lead to physical, mental, and emotional exhaustion.
The practice of mindfulness can help ground and balance us, which may prevent “burnout” and help us deal with the challenging events we may face. With you as an active participant, we will explore some of the many tools and techniques that can help us cope with the demands we face in both our professional and personal lives.
Please wear comfortable clothes for gentle movement. We invite you to bring your own yoga mat.
