Workshop Description: In this interactive workshop, we’ll focus on building peer support networks for people hoping to or already in the process of ceasing psychiatric drugs. Refreshments will be provided as we discuss psychiatric survivorship, alternatives to the traditional mental health system, what people go through when coming off psychiatric drugs, and ways to support them, as detailed in Chaya Grossberg’s book Freedom from Psychiatric Drugs.
