Alt 2 Su (Alternatives To Suicide) – 2 CEUs – In Person

This Peer Forum will be centered on the Alternatives to Suicide Peer Support model. This introductory presentation will be looking at model’s origins, concepts from the Alt2Su charter and what makes Alternatives to Suicide different from traditional Suicide Prevention strategies. We will look at suicide from a harm reduction perspective. We will also discuss Connecticut’s emerging statewide Alt2Su network as well as how to get involved and where to learn more.
